Pwllgwilym Selfcatering Holiday Cottages near Builth Wells was tastefully converted from the old farm Barn in 2006, a traditional conversion leaving the old beams, stone walls and adding traditional flag stone floors.
Situated two miles from Builth Wells in the lovely village of Cilmery, in Mid Wales, Powys, we are surrounded by 60 acres of green farm land with outstanding scenery. Close to some amazing country side and scenery ideal for touring the area.
The Barn consists of 3 spacious 4-star cottages which sleep from 4 to 17. Each cottage is comfortably furnished with a cottage feel, bedrooms have pine furniture, good kitchen facilities and are fully heated. The use of gas barbecue with each cottage, outdoor furniture, with ample parking.
The four star accommodation consists of
- Cottage 'DAN-Y-COED' - Sleeps 4 with disabled facilities.
- Cottage 'TYCANOL' - Sleeps up to 7 with its own Hot Tub
- Cottage 'PWLLYN' - Sleeps up to 6 with its own Hot Tub
All three cottages can be opened out into one large cottage sleeping up to 17. Ideal for large families, Christmas or New year cots available
There is a shared laundry/drying room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Ample parking.
Payment Methods: Card payments, bank transfers or cheque (made payable to Pwllgwilym Cottages) All bookings must pay a deposit, the balance to by paid 30 days before arrival date.
All Cancellations should be notified 30 day's before commencement of holiday. If notified after this time, and we can re-let the date's a refund will be made.
Any damages or breakages should be notified and payment agreed. During your holiday with us please let us now asap if there are any problems that need attantion.
The number of persons in the accommodation at the time must not exceed the maximum occupancy as stated.
We are located just walking distance from the local pub and train station in Cilmery. Situated close to the Royal Welsh Showground, the Elan Valley Dams and an excellent 18 hole golf course. Many other activities are catered for locally including Mountain Biking, Fishing, Pony Treking and walking in the Brecon Beacons. There are also good eating places in the vicinity serving local produce. Just a 5 minute drive from Builth Wells but set in a rural location.
